As Area Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, standards, and development of a portfolio of in store sites. You'll lead from the front, inspiring Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest operational standards.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact on business performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managers to achieve their full potential
• Drive commercial performance and ensure regional sales and KPI targets are consistently achieved
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards across all stores
• Maintain outstanding store presentation and operational excellence
• Ensure robust stock management and stock control processes
• Champion health and safety compliance across the region
• Identify and implement commercial opportunities to increase footfall and sales
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to maximise product availability and profitability
• Collaborate closely with fellow Area Managers and senior leadership teams to achieve wider business objectives
• Support strategic business initiatives and key projects across the region

You may already be an experienced Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or Cluster Manager looking to take the next step in your career.
You'll bring:
