Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 (your preference)
Pay Rate: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operatives to join an innovative manufacturing company based in Chertsey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with good manual dexterity who enjoy hands-on work and can follow instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small and intricate parts and components
- Follow work instructions and assembly procedures accurately
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Conduct basic quality checks on completed assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work with small components and perform detailed assembly tasks
- Comfortable using small hand tools
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must hold a valid driving licence, as public transport access is limited
