The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established pharmaceutical business, where quality, compliance and patient safety are at the heart of what they do. As Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vital products are prepared and delivered in line with production schedules and regulatory standards
Your duties and responsibilities will be
- Prepare and assemble production batches in line with approved documentation and scheduled manufacturing plans
- Complete all production records accurately and transfer materials into controlled environments in compliance with procedures
- Check completed batch documentation and confirm products meet quality and labelling standards
- Ensure raw materials and components are organised and ready to support ongoing and next day production
- Maintain clean, compliant work areas and correctly handle waste in line with GMP and housekeeping standards
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or regulated production environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, FMCG or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of working to standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet production targets
- Confident communicator who works well as part of a team under pressure
- Basic IT and numerical skills, alongside a sound awareness of health and safety practices
It’s great if you also have the following
- Previous experience working to GMP standards
