Location: Across the West of the island – Newport, Cowes, and Freshwater areas, Isle of Wight

Salary: £14.00 per hour for complete shifts. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As an experienced Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the West side of the Isle of Wight, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced within the Care Industry
• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work a mixture of AM/PM shifts covering a mixture of Monday-Sunday
• Good English communication skills
