If you take pride in accuracy, process, and quality, this CNC Turner role offers a secure next step. Setter / Operator roles are paid up to £17 per hour, while Programmer-level CNC Turners can earn up to £22 per hour, depending on experience and capability. As a CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

- Programming, editing, and optimising CNC programs using Fanuc controls

- Adjusting offsets, tooling, speeds, and feeds to maintain tight tolerances
- Carrying out self-inspection prior to first-off approval
- Maintaining 5S standards and adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a precision engineering environment
- Strong setting and operating capability
- Programming experience on Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes for higher-rate roles
- Confident tool setting and offset adjustment
- Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
- Experience with twin turret or twin spindle machines, or 3 and 4 axis machining would be advantageous
