Hours: 38 Hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Coachbuilder to join our workshop team, working on buses and coaches to deliver high-quality repairs and maintain vehicle standards.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Coachbuilder
- Conducting accident bodywork repairs
- Repairing and replacing windows
- Diagnosing and fixing body faults
- Performing collision and vandalism repairs
- Addressing routine inspection findings and defect reports
- Carrying out minor painting repairs
- Working with fibreglass bodywork
- Documenting repairs for insurance claims and KPIs
What you need as a Coachbuilder
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in vehicle bodywork or time served
- Proven experience in body repair and painting
- Welding experience
- Full car driving licence
- Experience in accident repair and coach/bus bodywork
- Work on modern buses and coaches in a professional workshop
- Be part of a skilled and supportive team
