The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students to stay on task and complete set work
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Step into different departments confidently, with full support provided

Strong communication and presence in front of a class
A calm, professional approach to behaviour management
A proactive attitude - willing to get involved and support the wider school
Experience working with young people is desirable
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
