What’s on Offer:

• £65,000 - £85,000 per year DOE (equivalent to approximately £1,250 - £1,630 per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage design programmes, deliverables and technical approvals
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Review technical designs and identify risks, clashes and coordination issues
• Drive collaboration between design, commercial and construction teams
• Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Design Manager or senior design coordinator
• Strong understanding of construction and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments
