ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIRED
Location: Stowmarket
Basic Salary: £44,075
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm + call‑out rota
R9 are recruiting on behalf of a social housing maintenance company. We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor / QS to support and oversee a team of engineers delivering electrical and compliance work across social housing contracts.
The Role
- Supervise electrical and gas engineers
- Support with technical issues and ensure safe working
- Coordinate jobs and keep projects running smoothly
- Step in to deliver corrective repairs when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and residents
- Lead by example and promote teamwork
What You Need
- Supervisory experience in electrical engineering (social housing preferred)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs
- Good customer service approach
Essential:
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 (or equivalent)
- AM2
- NVQ Level 3
Desirable:
- Heating system wiring
- NICEIC QS
- Social housing experience
