We are seeking two experienced and qualified Electricians to join our Facilities Management and Building Services team based in South Shields. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair work across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Craft Certificate in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Level 3 2391 Testing, Inspection and Certification (or equivalent)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Ladder Safety Certificate
- Relevant Health & Safety Training
- 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation
- Testing, inspection and maintenance work
- Working in occupied and void domestic properties
- Use of portable power tools and equipment
- Health & Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessments
- NVQ Level 3 Advanced Craft
- Solar PV Maintenance Qualification
- EV Charger Design and Installation Qualification (2921-31)
- PAT Testing Qualification (2377 Level 3)
