We're working with a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in London, delivering projects across the UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for projects ranging from £500k to £15m across a varied portfolio that includes laboratories, retail environments, CAT A/B fit-outs, and complex refurbishment schemes.
Beyond project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in tender pricing, bid strategy, and pre-con activities, giving you a much better understanding of how work is secured and how successful projects are set up
from day one.
The role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of construction but wants greater variety, more involvement in key decisions, and the chance to continue developing alongside a strong team.
