Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy industrial and environmental services operation based in Worthing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day movement and processing of materials across site.

Duties:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading flatbed vehicles
• Moving palletised materials around site
• Transporting materials between operational areas
• Assisting with site housekeeping and general duties
• Operating baler and compactor equipment (full training provided)
• Supporting the wider site team as required
• Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience
• Comfortable working within an industrial environment
• Willingness to undertake some manual handling duties
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Waste, recycling or environmental services experience advantageous but not essential

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Typically 06:00 – 15:00
• 1 hour unpaid break
• Ongoing work available
• Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
