Position: General Manager - Precision Engineering
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience

General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.

General Manager Position Overview

• Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring department are aligned and working effectively
• Identifying opportunity to continuous improvements and ensuring health & safety ad quality standards are upheld
• Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships & help resolve customer issues

General Manager Position Requirements

• Proven Management experience within a Manufacturing environment, ideally Precision Engineering.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused
• A knowledge of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing best practices
• Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent

General Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
• Holiday allowance & pension
