- Conduct detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, ensuring safety and operational standards are met
- Accurately complete all compliance and repair documentation
- Diagnose and resolve faults using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training to develop technical expertise
- Deliver excellent customer service under tight deadlines
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Uphold company values and professional behaviour
- Adapt to changing duties as directed by management
- Proven experience with semi-trailers or heavy vehicles
- Industry-recognised qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs
- HGV Class 1 driving licence
- IRTEC accreditation
- Experience with EBS diagnostics, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems
- Welding certification
- Knowledge of axle manufacturers such as BPW, SAF, or JOST
- Training or experience with tail lifts
- Experience with double deck or lifting deck maintenance
