Interim People Advisor

Interim People Advisor | Kent | £32,700 + Quarterly Bonus (£150) | 12 month FTC

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, people-focused organisation supporting a diverse workforce across care and support services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations experience, who enjoys a hands-on, field-based role and working closely with operational teams.

About the Role
You will join a collaborative local HR team supporting a workforce of approximately c800 staff. Working closely with managers across services, you will provide expert HR advice and manage a varied ER caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a busy ER caseload of approximately 15-20 cases at any one time (including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and whistleblowing cases)
• Providing practical, commercial HR advice to managers across multiple sites
• Supporting managers with absence management, performance concerns, and investigations
• Advising on best practice and ensuring consistency in applying policies and procedures
• Building strong working relationships across the business
• Contributing to continuous improvement within the HR function and wider organisation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
• Strong ER experience with confidence managing complex cases
• A proactive and personable approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
• Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems and processes
