Enrich Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded 2 form entry primary school in the NW10 area of Brent to appoint a passionate and committed KS2 Teacher for a full-time role.

The Role

You will be based within Key Stage 2, working closely with your parallel class teacher, phase leader and senior leadership team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

You will play a key role in:

Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS2

Planning and delivering engaging, well-sequenced lessons

Supporting pupil progress in reading, writing and mathematics

Using assessment effectively to identify gaps and move learning forward

Creating a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environment

Supporting pupils from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Working collaboratively with year group colleagues and phase leaders

Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families

Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

QTS

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Y3 up)

Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2

Confidence supporting progress in reading, writing and mathematics

Good behaviour management and classroom routines

A clear understanding of assessment and pupil progress

A reflective, proactive and team-focused approach

Commitment to inclusive classroom practice
