Logistics Coordinator - Nights

SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator for a long-standing client in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Transport or Freight Forwarding who thrives in a high pressure, solutions driven environment.

Working Hours

• 19:00 – 07:00am Tuesday to Friday
• This role will include some weekend work

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and tracking UK and European shipments
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Obtaining transport quotations and providing logistics solutions
• Coordinating road freight and air freight movements
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Managing shipment documentation, PODs, and system updates

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within Transport Planning, Logistics Coordination, or Freight Forwarding
• European transport planning experience is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
