Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits
About the Role
We are working on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking tech organisation seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven marketer to play a key role in delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable business growth.
You'll collaborate closely with teams across content, events, and paid media, helping to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns while leveraging insights to maximise performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, search, and events
- Develop and manage segmented audience lists to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
- Use CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) to manage leads, automate workflows, and track campaign performance
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Work alongside content teams to develop compelling messaging and campaign assets
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise for improved results
- Track marketing spend and ensure campaigns deliver measurable returns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned campaign activity
- Produce regular reports and insights to inform future campaign strategies
- Assist in the promotion and delivery of marketing events as part of wider campaigns
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role (ideally B2B)
- Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience highly desirable)
- Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring and optimising performance
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable
- Experience within technology, IT, or telecoms sectors
- Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM, IDM, or equivalent)
- Certifications in platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
