We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our growing security technology business Build the marketing function. Shape the brand. Drive growth. Operating across two specialist divisions, we deliver:

•    Security Systems Installation & Maintenance – CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and integrated security solutions.
•    Security Software Development – innovative software that improves loss prevention, operational efficiency and in-store security.

What You'll Be Doing
•    Developing and delivering a marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
•    Building marketing processes, campaigns and best practices from the ground up.
•    Driving lead generation through digital channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, automation and social media.
•    Creating compelling content, case studies, thought leadership and sales collateral.
•    Strengthening brand positioning and messaging across both security systems and software offerings.

What We're Looking For
•    Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role.
•    Experience within security, technology, SaaS or B2B services environments.
•    A track record of building or significantly developing a marketing function.
•    Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, brand development and lead generation.
