As a Mental Health Assistant, you will support students aged 4-18 with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to engage in learning, develop emotional regulation skills and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

The school follows a highly therapeutic approach, providing extensive training and professional development for every Mental Health Assistant. You will work closely with experienced psychologists, therapists and SEN professionals, gaining first-hand insight into therapeutic interventions and specialist support strategies.

This role offers the unique opportunity to shadow professionals, receive ongoing mentoring and develop the practical skills required for future careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Social Work and Teaching.
