Temporary Cleaning Operative

Location: Norwich

Rate of Pay: £14.30 per hour

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Working hours: 06:00 - 12:30

Hays Recruitment are currently partnering with a client in Norwich to appoint a Temporary Cleaning Operative to join a mobile team covering five sites across the local area.

The Role

You will work as part of an established cleaning team, supporting the delivery of high standards across multiple locations. This is a morning based position, offering a consistent working pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across multiple sites
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
• Working collaboratively as part of a wider team

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Valid Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to travel between sites.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
