Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + door to door overtime

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrician to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out EICR testing, remedial works, repairs, and reactive maintenance call-outs across a portfolio of hotels and public houses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician seeking a varied role with door-to-door pay, regular overtime opportunities, and the support of a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) at client sites.
• Undertake remedial works and electrical repairs following inspections.
• Attend and respond to reactive maintenance call-outs at hotels and public houses.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current wiring regulations and health and safety standards.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Collect materials and equipment from the office as required.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the office and wider team on a daily basis.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while working on client premises.

Skills and Experience Required

• City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification, or equivalent.
• Proven experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

You will be a reliable and self-motivated electrician who enjoys working independently and is comfortable travelling between sites. You will take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
