Our client is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trades Plumber to join their team, working on residential properties in the Oldham area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of plumbing, with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Multi Skill sets in other aspects of construction essential.
Key Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Contract: Ongoing, 2 years of work available
- Start Date: Immediate
- Overtime Available
Requirements:
- Blue CSCS Card
- Own tools and transport
- Experience working in residential properties
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Multi-Trades experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with current plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on-site
