A welcoming and supportive Secondary School in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic Music and Drama Teacher to join their talented team from September on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take centre stage in a vibrant creative department, where students are encouraged to explore their talents, build confidence and express themselves through music, performance and the arts. You will play a key role in bringing lessons to life, nurturing creativity and helping young people discover their potential both on and off the stage.

The ideal candidate will:

✅Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✅Have experience teaching Music and Drama across KS3 and KS4 in a School setting (KS5 is advantageous)

✅Inspire a love of the performing arts through innovative and dynamic teaching

✅Create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive

✅Contribute to productions, performances and wider enrichment opportunities

✅Demonstrates strong behaviour management and a firm commitment to safeguarding
