Enrich Education Recruitment is working with a highly regarded private Montessori nursery in Mill Hill who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated early years professional who wants to join a well-known, sought-after local nursery with a strong reputation for high-quality care, child development and forward-thinking practice.

The nursery is open to considering either Level 2 or Level 3 qualified candidates, with opportunities available across the baby room, toddler room or preschool room depending on your experience, strengths and preferred age group.

The Nursery

This is a well-established private Montessori nursery led by experienced early years professionals and industry leaders. The nursery incorporates a range of forward-thinking approaches to support children’s learning, development and pastoral needs.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children’s daily learning, care routines and development within one of the nursery rooms. The room placement will depend on your experience and specialism, whether that is babies, toddlers or preschool children.

You will work as part of a strong and supportive team, helping to create a positive learning environment and ensuring children receive the highest standard of care throughout the day.

The Nursery Is Looking For

The nursery is looking for someone who is warm, reliable and passionate about early years education. You must have at least 6 months of experience working in a nursery or school setting and be confident supporting young children with their learning, routines and emotional development.

This role would suit someone who is keen to develop quickly, learn from experienced practitioners and become part of a high-quality early years setting.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a nursery or school setting

Experience with babies, toddlers or preschool children

A warm, caring and professional approach

Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to process a new DBS

A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development
