Offshore TRS Operator (Level 1)

Working on a 3/3 rotation, you will gain hands-on exposure to both offshore and onshore operations, supporting experienced crews and working with industry-leading well construction equipment.
The right candidate needs to be based in Aberdeen as ad-hoc workshop activities will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of casing and tubing handling equipment (hydraulic, diesel, electric, and manual systems)
- Support the running and handling of tubulars under the supervision of Field Supervisors
- Work as part of an offshore crew to carry out safe and efficient well construction operations
- Participate in onshore yard and workshop activities when required
- Previous offshore oil & gas experience is essential (e.g. roustabout, floorhand, deck crew or similar)
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude/background highly advantageous
- Flexibility for offshore rotations and travel as required
- Entry route into a specialist TRS discipline within well construction
- Structured training and ongoing development
