Manpower UK are supporting our reputable client in their search for a permanent Sales Executive based in their Corby Head Office.

You will be supporting the UK & Export Sales Manager by driving outbound sales activity and developing strong customer relationships. This desk-based role focuses on engaging both existing and new customers, generating opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify new opportunities and support business development activity
  • Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into sales
  • Prepare and follow up quotations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Develop strong product knowledge and communicate technical information clearly
  • Support the external sales function with lead generation and account activity



Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internal sales desirable)
  • Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
  • Comfortable with high levels of outbound sales activity
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products in simple terms
  • Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • B2B sales experience
