What You’ll Do:
As an Autism Practitioner, you’ll:
- Build positive relationships with supported people and their families
- Develop and deliver personalised support plans
- Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion
- Support daily living activities, from household tasks to personal care
- Be a part of someone’s journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.
