Overview
We are seeking an organised and reliable PA & Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and provide direct support to senior management.
This role is central to ensuring that administrative, HR and compliance processes run efficiently within a busy compliance oriented office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and Registered Manager.
- Manage correspondence and prepare formal communications
- Support HR administration, including employee records and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Assist with general office coordination and internal communication
- Support wider administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Competent with standard office systems
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
- Experience in a regulated or professional environment
