Overview

We are seeking an organised and reliable PA & Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and provide direct support to senior management.

This role is central to ensuring that administrative, HR and compliance processes run efficiently within a busy compliance oriented office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and Registered Manager.
  • Manage correspondence and prepare formal communications
  • Support HR administration, including employee records and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Assist with general office coordination and internal communication
  • Support wider administrative tasks as required

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Competent with standard office systems

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Experience in a regulated or professional environment
