Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment  are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre based in Watford. This is a great opportunity to work within a professional environment that values quality, efficiency, and high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming
• Mix and apply paint to match manufacturer colour specifications
• Carry out final polishing and finishing work to the highest quality
• Maintain a clean and organised working area
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and refinishing techniques
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• ATA or IMI qualifications preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
