Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Leicester who is looking for  temporary Part Qualified Finance Manager to support the business. This is a temporary role for three months with a view to be extended. The client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part Qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available immediately or at short notice to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities for Finance Manager
  • Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial records
  • Preparing and posting journals
  • Supporting the year-end process and liaising with external auditors
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and processes
  • Supporting senior finance stakeholders with ad hoc reporting and analysis
Essential Experience for Finance Manager
The successful candidate must have experience in:
  • Dealing with auditors
  • Preparing journals
  • Year-end processes and reconciliations
Requirements
  • Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
  • Previous experience within a finance or management accounts role
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Available immediately or within a week
