Our client, a reputable franchise-approved automotive dealership in Gloucester, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their dynamic Parts Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking career progression within a well-established organisation.

- Working hours: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with one early finish during the week; Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm on a rota, paid as overtime
- Accurately identifying and supplying vehicle parts to workshop staff for repairs
- Picking parts efficiently from stock
- Managing parts stock control and conducting regular audits
- Assisting trade and retail customers with parts enquiries via telephone and face-to-face
- Maintaining knowledge of the electronic parts catalogue system
- Supporting the parts department to meet customer service and sales targets
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained and orderly as a Parts Advisor
- Recent or current experience in vehicle parts sales or within a motor factors environment
- Experience working within a franchise-approved dealership is advantageous but not essential
- Strong IT literacy; familiarity with electronic parts catalogues required
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Friendly, charismatic telephone manner
- Experience with Pinewood Pinnacle dealer management system is highly desirable but not mandatory
