🏢 Office-based during probation | 1 day WFH after probation

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 1,500 employees.
• Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory payments, and deductions.
• Assist with payroll checks, reconciliations, and payroll administration.
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
• Support payroll compliance, pensions, and HMRC administration.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and system data.
• Assist with the administration of tronc schemes and related queries.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, and operational teams to support payroll delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and payroll efficiency initiatives.

🎯 About You

• Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
• Experience within hospitality payroll would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of tronc administration would be highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
