🚀 The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Advisor to join a growing and supportive payroll team.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
• Input and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage RTI submissions, Auto Enrolment, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Liaise with clients, HMRC, pension providers, and other third parties.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll processes.
• Monitor HMRC notifications, tax code changes, and pension communications.
• Assist clients with payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up to date with payroll legislation and industry developments.

🎯 About You

• Minimum 2 years' payroll experience within a bureau environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, PAYE, pensions, and Auto Enrolment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using payroll software such as IRIS or PayCircle would be advantageous.
