Physical Logistics Coordinator

Personnel Solutions is looking for a proactive and hands-on Physical Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Annesley. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing deliveries and collections, and ensuring operations run smoothly across the business.
Working Hours
· Rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm
· Monday to Friday
· Flexibility required, including occasional weekend working to provide operational cover when needed
£29,500pa
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate deliveries, collections, and stock movements
· Liaise with drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
· Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely completion
· Maintain accurate logistics and stock records
· Support warehouse operations and unloading activities when required
· Assist with general operational tasks to ensure business needs are met
Requirements
· Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
· Previous experience within logistics, transport, warehouse, or operational environments
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Flexible approach to work and willingness to support different areas of the operation
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
