Pipefitter Required – Commercial New Build Project
We are currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a large-scale commercial new build project.

Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate / [Insert Date]
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial construction projects
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Installation of carbon steel, copper, and press-fit pipework systems
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on site
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Pipefitter)
- Relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pipefitting/Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- IPAF, PASMA, or additional site certifications advantageous but not essential
- Installation of commercial heating and chilled water pipework
- Working from drawings and site plans
- Testing and commissioning support
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- £25.00 per hour
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Weekly pay
