Piping supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and Coordinate: Manage piping installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
- Team Management: Lead and guide a team of pipefitters, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain progress and resolve issues ¹ ² ³.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Piping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of piping systems, construction methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- CSCS card and relevant industry certifications (e.g., SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely)
