Qualified Science Teacher

Supply Star Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for the new academic year.

The successful candidate will be passionate about science education, committed to high standards of teaching and learning, and able to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ability to teach Science to GCSE level is essential. Experience in a particular science specialism is welcomed.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK – applicants without QTS will not be considered.
• Degree in a relevant science subject or related field.
• Experience teaching Science within a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising student achievement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
