Recruitment Ancillary Support Colleague (Temporary)
July - December | £12.71 per hour

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Ancillary Support Colleague to join our agency team on a temporary basis from July to December. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Location - Westmorland Business Park, Gilthwaiterigg Ln, Kendal, LA9 6NW

Role Overview
This position provides light administrative and recruitment support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent service to both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
* Assist with candidate onboarding and recruitment coordination
* Manage and update records for absence and holiday tracking
* Support compliance and maintain accurate system data
* Handle client and candidate communication, ensuring a professional and responsive service
* Carry out additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Working Hours:
5 days per week Sunday to Thursday
* Sunday 08:00 - 12:00
* Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00
* 30-minute unpaid break
* Total 34 hours paid

Pay Rate
* £12.71 per hour

About You
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
* Previous admin or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
