We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to join our Sales Team.

Person Specification 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver recruitment and revenue targets.  

• Develop partnerships with agents, schools, and institutions.  

• Lead and support the UK Sales team.  

• Monitor market trends and recruitment performance.  

• Work closely with internal teams to maximise student conversion.  

• Manage budgets, commissions, and reporting. 

Education and Experience 

• Degree qualified or equivalent.  

• 3–5+ years’ experience in student recruitment or education sales.  

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.  

• Results-driven with willingness to travel as required. 

Skills 

• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.  

• Commercially driven and results-oriented.  

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.  

• Flexible and willing to travel as required.
