We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager who thrives on improving services and leading people to achieve their full potential. The branch has been operating for over 10 years and have built a strong reputation within the local community.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a well-established office and care team.
- Driving compliance and quality assurance.
- Lead, motivate and develop an experienced team.
- Working alongside local authorities to promote the service within the local community.
- Support sustainable growth and business development.
- Maintain high standards of care delivery and client satisfaction.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and grow services and manage budgets.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
