As part of our continued growth, our Healthcare Division is looking for a Resourcer / Compliance Officer to join our team. The team focusses on recruitment across the NHS, private health and wider health and social care sectors.

The Role

This is a varied role combining candidate resourcing with compliance responsibilities, ensuring all candidates meet strict regulatory requirements for placement within healthcare settings.

You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to compliance checks and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Resourcing & Candidate Management

  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging healthcare candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Speaking with candidates to assess suitability for roles
  • Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing a positive and professional candidate experience

Compliance

  • Ensuring all candidates meet NHS and client compliance standards
  • Processing and reviewing documentation (e.g. right to work, DBS, training certificates, references)
  • Maintaining accurate compliance records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Chasing outstanding documents and following up in a timely manner

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaising with external stakeholders including contract managers and HR teams
  • Supporting recruiters with compliant submissions to clients
  • Acting as a key point of contact for compliance-related queries

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar resourcing or compliance role (ideally within healthcare recruitment)
  • Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a structured environment
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Is confident speaking with candidates and external stakeholders
  • Is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
