Talent Guardian are delighted to be partnering with an established international design-led business to recruit an experienced Sales Manager based in Paris.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris, offering an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead and develop the French market while driving new business growth and managing key customer relationships.

The Role
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy across France and assigned territories
  • Build and strengthen relationships with designers, retailers, specifiers and industry professionals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive market growth
  • Manage the Paris showroom, including events, promotions and showroom activities
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend meetings across the region
  • Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the UK marketing team on promotional campaigns and press activity
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management
About You We're looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience in a field-based sales or sales management role
  • A strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and a high standard of written and spoken English
