Sales Manager

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris, offering an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead and develop the French market while driving new business growth and managing key customer relationships.
The Role
- Develop and implement the sales strategy across France and assigned territories
- Build and strengthen relationships with designers, retailers, specifiers and industry professionals
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive market growth
- Manage the Paris showroom, including events, promotions and showroom activities
- Deliver customer presentations and attend meetings across the region
- Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the UK marketing team on promotional campaigns and press activity
- Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management
- Proven experience in a field-based sales or sales management role
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Fluency in French and a high standard of written and spoken English
