We are actively looking for scheduler join our client based in Stroud
This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential of a permanent contract for the suitable candidate.
Key Duties:
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating route maintenance and emergency call outs for field service engineers across the UK
- Raising quotes and purchase orders and managing them through to completion
- Communicating effectively with customers and overseas partners, providing updates on site visits, shipments and service delivery.
- Ensuring internal portals are kept up to date and well as assisting the service manager to meet all contractual requirements.
- Assisting with general administration duties when the time allows
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in service planning, scheduling or operations administration role preferred
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- IT Literate
Pay:
- £13.50 Per Hour
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, 35 hour week
