• SEN Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required
• SEN Teaching Assistant - Experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable
• SEN Teaching Assistant - Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning
• SEN Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
