We're working with a growing construction and project delivery business that operates across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyo to support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. 

You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects including high-end residential developments, residential regeneration and distressed asset schemes, commercial construction projects, office fit-outs, and infrastructure and welfare facilities. With a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East, this role offers excellent exposure to a varied mix of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion.

The Role

• Delivering a range of residential and commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects.
• Undertaking project management and contract administration duties.
• Preparing specifications, scopes of works and tender documentation.
• Managing contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project programmes, quality and delivery.
• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
• Supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle

About You

✔ Experience as a Senior Building Surveyor.

✔ Strong project delivery experience across refurbishment, fit-out or construction projects.

✔ Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

✔ HNC/HND qualified (professional accreditation essential).

✔ Background within residential, commercial & mixed-use developments.

✔ Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
