Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – £15m Leisure project, Swindon

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term freelance contract on a newly secured project.

Your contract will start immediately, and you will initially carry out procurement and assisting in getting the project set up for a start on site in October.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will work a hybrid role between the office, working remotely and the site near Swindon.

The project is a £15m new build health club/leisure centre so it will be advantageous if you have worked on leisure projects or hotels in the past as they hold similarities.

Key requirements:

• You will have progressed to being a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be comfortable with heading up this £15m project.
• Leisure or Hotel, new build experience.
• You will have an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with you, so some managing of trainee level staff is needed.
• A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential for this role.
