Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team, helping our clients find exceptional talent across complex, niche, and high-volume roles up to executive level. You'll bring a consultative, brand-led approach and the problem-solving skills to create strategies that truly solve our clients' recruitment challenges.

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at PeopleScout, you'll be the go-to expert for your clients, taking full accountability for consulting on and delivering complex recruitment processes from briefing through to onboarding. You could be exclusively embedded with one large client or managing a portfolio of project-based assignments across a variety of sectors and industries.

You'll:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns with full autonomy – from vacancy briefings and sourcing strategies through to offer management, onboarding, and vetting.
  • Use your expertise to design creative sourcing and attraction strategies that reach active and passive candidates, regardless of market or industry.
  • Consult with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing market insight, candidate feedback, and trusted advice to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and KPIs while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Use data, research, and market knowledge to inform strategies, track performance, and deliver commercially successful campaigns.
  • Challenge and improve current processes, making recommendations to your line manager where appropriate.
  • Attend client meetings and pitches to support the sales process as required.

Who we're looking for

You'll be a highly credible recruiter who thrives on solving complex challenges and takes full ownership of your outcomes. You're confident advising senior stakeholders, comfortable working at pace across multiple projects, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

As a minimum, you'll need:

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to hire, using your own initiative to solve problems and deliver results.
  • Experience designing and executing complex sourcing and attraction strategies that deliver appointable candidates across a range of markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, influence, and build credibility at all levels, including with senior hiring managers.
  • A research and data-driven approach, with the ability to generate market insights and prepare recruitment reports and statistics.
  • Experience managing productive professional relationships with stakeholders over time, including candidate selling and objection handling.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM and other sourcing technologies, with a strong understanding of GDPR, employment legislation, and recruitment best practice.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the costs associated with resourcing projects.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience within an RPO, agency, in-house, or executive search recruitment environment.
  • Specialist sector knowledge, such as public sector, finance, IT, or manufacturing.
  • Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with partner organisations to grow client accounts.
  • Experience using social media and digital tools to attract and engage candidates.
  • Relevant recruitment qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Recruitment Practice, Social Talent Blackbelt) and/or a university degree.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
