What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will:
- Greet customers and manage their service journey from start to finish
- Handle enquiries, concerns, and updates with professionalism
- Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate communication
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the smooth running of the service department
