Senior Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer delivering a large-scale housing scheme in Leicestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven construction professional to take ownership of a volume housing site which started at the beginning of this year. Playing a key number one role in delivering the project from early stages through to completion.

The Role:
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a high-volume residential development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of this flagship scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of a large-scale residential development
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
• Monitor programme progress and resolve any site challenges proactively
• Work closely with commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager within residential construction
• Strong track record delivering large-scale, high volume housing developments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of timber frame construction

Package:

• Salary: up to £75k
• Car Allowance: £6,500
